Items must be in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, with original packaging intact and undamaged. Customized items (e.g., T-shirts with a personalized name or number) and items that have been washed are not eligible for return or exchange.

Customized or washed items cannot be exchanged or returned. Non-customized items may be exchanged for an item of equal value or refunded. However, customers are responsible for any shipping costs for the exchanged item and any price difference if the new item is more expensive.

Do Not Return to the Address on the Label: The address on the package label is not the correct return address.

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of receipt. Returned products must be in marketable condition and in their original packaging. Used items come with a limited 30-day warranty. After this period, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty policy. Upon receiving your return, our fulfillment center will inspect it within 72 hours. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days, credited to your original payment method. For prompt processing of your refund, please contact us beforehand.
